Overview
Nerve irritation in the lower back is often the cause of back pain. Sometimes the discs between spinal bones can be a source of back pain too.
These rings of fibrous tissues act as “shock absorbers” for the spine (like the suspension on a car). Trauma can cause the disc to bulge or herniate, putting pressure on delicate nearby nerves.
Many people people choose to cover up the pain using drugs instead of correcting the cause. If you would rather get to the root cause of your low back problem, then we can help you.
